Cloud user packs only appear when Managed Cloud Launch is selected, because hosted capacity affects the monthly subscription. On-Prem Self-Contained has no portal user limit and no monthly user-pack uplift because the customer provides the hosting.
Cloud user packs add hosted capacity, monitoring and managed support because the portal runs in the managed Azure-hosted environment.
Marketplace connectors are extras. They can support order management, invoice management, shipping fulfilment, inventory and stock management. Amazon connector support is higher because Amazon's API requirements change regularly; we keep up to date with those requirements so your team does not have to.
Managed Cloud user packs increase the monthly subscription because hosted capacity, monitoring and managed support scale with the number of internal users. There is no extra one-off setup charge for moving between these cloud user limits.
