Privacy
This static website is designed not to store form submissions. The enquiry form opens a pre-filled email using the visitor’s email client. If analytics, CRM, live chat or tracking pixels are added later, the privacy notice should be updated before launch.
Pricing
All prices shown are indicative starting points, exclude VAT and may change after discovery. Managed Cloud Launch includes the Sage Addons hosted portal server environment and SQL/server hosting for the portal. Prices exclude Sage 200 licences or subscriptions, Sicon or other third-party add-ons, marketplace/payment platform subscriptions and third-party integration service charges unless agreed in writing. On-Prem Self-Contained assumes the customer provides and pays for their own hosting environment.

Sage 200 and third-party add-ons are trademarks of their respective owners. This website describes an independent portal and add-on service. It must not claim official partnership, certification, endorsement or resale status unless that is legally confirmed.
Licensing
The portal is positioned around a controlled Sage 200 API connection. Companies must validate their Sage 200 API user/licence setup and usage rights with their Sage Business Partner or licence provider. third-party purchasing workflows require the relevant Existing PO add-on installed and licensed by the company.
Security and GDPR
Any live deployment should define authentication, user roles, company account boundaries, audit logs, backups, data retention, support access and incident handling. A data processing agreement may be required where personal data is processed on behalf of a company.
